One to One Tutorials
Planning and Project Control is probably one of the few professions in the construction industry where very little or limited formal training and academic qualification is available to equip and better educate, especially the younger, professionals coming into the profession.
This probably explains why there is such a wide and large skill gap amongst practitioners.
I was fortunate enough to have worked under a very good, in my opinion probably one of the best, planner during my formative years and learnt enough of the good and bad to take me through to where I am today.
Over the years, I have worked with many less experienced planners who are all very capable but, because of the lack of a good mentor or other reasons, yearn to learn more.
